How do I make a reservation?

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone at 800-759-6820, or by e-mail to sales@newenglandtours.com.
  • Please provide the full first and last name of the travelers and include your address, phone number, tour name, and date of departure. Space will be confirmed by e-mail or mail following your booking.

  • Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Payment / Cancellation policy

  • A deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking and final payment is required 45 days prior to tour departure. Full refund is provided if cancelled 45 days prior to departure. Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made inside of 45 days.

Weather

  • New England weather is quite the character, changing its mood throughout the day and night. One moment, it’s sunny and delightful, and the next, a sudden gust of chilly wind catches you off guard. We suggest utilizing your favorite weather app to plan/dress accordingly.

Are the tours appropriate for senior citizens?

What clothes should I bring?

  • Layering your clothing is the key to a happy and comfortable tour. The tour does not require you to “dress up” at any time. Neat, casual, and comfortable would be most appropriate. Also, be sure and bring a pair of comfortable walking shoes.

Airport transfers

  • The Boston hotels selected are in close proximity to the airport and offer complimentary shuttle service from Boston Logan International Airport. Shuttle transportation information will be provided in your final documents.

Airline reservations

  • Individuals are responsible to make their own flight reservations/arrangements.

Travelers with special needs

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of our travelers. If a traveler requires assistance, we strongly recommend that he/she be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Neither Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. personnel, nor its suppliers, may lift or physically assist travelers. If a traveler thinks he/she might need assistance during a trip, he/she should call us to determine what assistance might reasonably be provided. If special arrangements are required, and these arrangements add to the cost of the tour, the Tour Member will be responsible to pay the additional costs. We cannot provide special individual assistance to travelers with special needs for walking, dining or other routine activities.

Required medical equipment

  • Medical equipment, such as scooters, wheelchairs, walkers and cane’s are not provided and require the traveler to bring their own or rent on site.

Gratuity / tipping policy

  • Many of our patrons often inquire about the recommended gratuity for the Tour Director and Motor Coach Driver. As per industry standards, it is generally suggested to offer a gratuity of $6.00 to $10.00 per person per day for the Tour Director. Similarly, for the Motor Coach Driver, it is typically recommended to provide a gratuity of $5.00 to $8.00 per person per day.

Smoking policy

  • By law, smoking is prohibited on the motorcoach and in all buildings on tour. Frequent stops are made, at which time those who wish to smoke outside away from the motorcoach and public buildings may do so.

What does the tour price include?

  • All Motorcoach transportation noted in the tour description, services of the Tour Director and Driver, Lodging noted in the tour description, Included meals noted in the touring description, sightseeing, admissions noted in the tour description, taxes, gratuities for bellmen and waiters for included meals, and round trip baggage handling/one piece per person.

What is not included in the tour price?

  • Round trip airfare, airport Skycap service, any meals not included in tour description, gratuities for Tour Director, hotel maid gratuities, and hotel incidental charges.

Travel documents

  • Final documents will be mailed approximately 21 days prior to departure of the tour. The final Documents will include hotel names, numbers and address, final itinerary, name and luggage tags, suggested packing lists and gratuity envelops.
