INCLUDED IN TOUR
All sightseeing, transportation, hotel accommodations, admissions, baggage handling for one piece of luggage per person, meals outlined in the Day-by-Day Itinerary, and gratuities on included meals.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR
Meals other than specified, personal tips to Tour Director, Maid Service, local guides, drivers, laundry, valet, telephone and other items of personal nature. Any such expression of appreciation should be offered on a voluntary and personal basis. Roundtrip transportation charges between your hometown and originating city of the tour are not included. The suggested gratuity for your tour director and driver are 3.00 - 5.00 per person, per day. We reserve the right to use mini coaches on tours that do not meet the minimum requirement of 25 people.

EXTRA BAGGAGE
There is no charge for one bag per person or for the overnight cases carried personally. There will be an additional charge for each extra bag, which is payable to the Tour Director.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is available to all. Children should be 10 years of age or older. New England Tours.com reserves the right to terminate the membership of any person who disrupts the operations of the tour and will return home at their own expense and will not be entitled to any refunds.

SMOKING ON COACHES
New England Tours.com has adopted a policy of no smoking aboard all tour coaches. Frequent stops are made, at which time those who wish to smoke may do so.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
To insure fairness to all, your tour director will direct a seat rotation plan on a daily basis, any exceptions to the seat rotation may not be made.

CANADA IMMIGRATION
Proof of Citizenship with valid passport must be carried by all passengers traveling to Canada.

RESPONSIBILITY
New England Tours.com is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers ("principals" identified on the attached or accompanying documents) in selling services that are not directly supplied by this company (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to yourself, travel companions or group members.

We do not guarantee any of the suppliers' rates, booking or reservations. New England Tours.com and your travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions of nature. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. We highly recommend luggage and accident insurance. New England Tours.com is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness. Traveler is herby warned of risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings shall constitute consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey hereto to yourself, travel companions or group members. New England Tours.com reserves the right to cancel the operation of any tour prior to departure and to change, alter or modify any portion, and if necessary, to substitute tour, our liability is limited to refund monies received by us.


NON REFUNDABLE AIR TICKETS
Please note New England Tours.com cannot assume responsibility for the refund of clients "non-refundable" airline tickets whose plans later change due to personal reasons or our cancellation of a specific tour departure. All prices are subject to change. We will make every effort to operate any tour, including use of a smaller vehicle.
