 DAY
1: WELCOME TO NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO
Today fly into the Buffalo, New York Airport, please make
flights in before 3:00 Pm and then head through immigrations.
Upon arrival at our Niagara Falls hotel for the next two
evenings, the group is met with a warm welcome by a Country
Squire Tour Director and Dinner. (D)
DAY 2: NIAGARA FALLS TOURING &
MAID OF THE MIST
Awake to the thunderous roar of Niagara's Falls! Begin
with a venture aboard the Maid
of the Mist for an exciting cruise under the falls!
Continue with a Visit to the Hydro Floral Clock which
is maintained by The School of Horticulture students.
The clock face is changed twice a season indicating
the changing flora and fauna life throughout the year.
Then visit the Niagara Parks Botanical Garden which
is the home to the only school for horticultural training
in Canada. Continue to the Welland
Canal Viewing Complex to experience up close a glimpse
of an engineering wonder. View ships from around the
world pass through this amazing lock system which connects
Lake Erie to Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence Seaway
by-passing Niagara Falls. Later, enjoy an exciting evening
at Casino Niagara! (B, D)
DAY 3: TORONTO CITY TOUR &
CASA LOMA
Travel to the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Toronto,
aptly named "The Place of Meeting" by the
Huron people over 200 years ago. Now, this city is a
booming financial, cultural and sports mecca housing
the Toronto Stock Exchange, World renowned theaters
and professional sports teams. Enjoy a city tour before
an afternoon visit to Casa
Loma estate. Built by Canadian financier and Military
Officer Sir Henry Pellatt, this medieval-style castle
stands 300 feet tall with 98 rooms and took three years
and 300 men to build. The next two evenings are spent
in the Toronto area. (B, D)
DAY 4: CRUISE ON LAKE ONTARIO
& CN TOWER
This morning, feel the smooth Lake Ontario breezes while
enjoying a scenic narrated cruise in Toronto Harbor.
Following the cruise, spend time shopping and eating
lunch on own at Queen's Quay. Journey to the top of
Toronto this afternoon with an elevator ride up the
CN
Tower. Considered to be the tallest building and
free standing structure in the world, the observation
deck provides panoramic views of Toronto and even Niagara
Falls on a clear day! The remainder of the day is free
to explore the city at leisure. (B, D)
DAY 5: DEPART
Our final morning we bid adieu taking with
us many fond memories of our Eastern Canadian experience
home with us. Prepare for flights out of Buffalo Airport
after 2:00 pm. (B)
